My CDs don't work either! It's annoying, that's the reason I bought the book!

I bought two books with cd's and i am unable to use the cd's. i conact techsupport and she has no clue on how to help me to solve my problem. needless to say I am extremly disapointed. two thumbs down. I have windows xp

I have window xp also and I bought a book with a disk and it works fine, does your cd drive start automatically when you put a disk in it? If not then you will need to go to your my computer folder and select the drive that the disk is in and install the program manually. thank you and good luck.
